It is easy to attain physical beauty. You do not have to look like a model or a famous celebrity to look good. Physical beauty is not only limited to people who are born naturally with the perfect nose, almond shaped eyes, luscious lips and curvatious bodies. Even if you miss two or more of what is commonly noted for being beautiful, you can still be good-looking by taking care of what you have. You also do not have to undergo surgeries to change the way you look. Even as you grow older and even when you have wrinkles on your face, there is still a way to achieve physical beauty, one of which is simplicity.

Examples of an intention for the day might be, to notice and identify how you feel once an hour (happy, sad, rushed, peaceful), to be more loving to your partner or family members, to let go of anger as you observe it in yourself, to allow time to nurture yourself, to journal write, or to feel your inner, spiritual strength. If you need outside help to get started, randomly open an affirmation book, such as my Seed Thoughts book, and use that topic as your intention.
The ideal body type requires discipline. It’s like a long married couple that everyone says has it so easy – they get along so well. Trust me, they work at getting along so well. And most importantly, gaining an ideal beauty and body or having success with a quality weight loss program requires a strong vision. It’s like anything else that you want in life, you need to know what you are aiming for.
The next step in the greater plan for my life is unfolding much like a rose bud beginning to bloom. I accept with excitement the challenge and responsibility of going to greater degrees of awareness. I spend quiet time alone daily to listen to and trust the greater wisdom within me to unfold, guiding me in making wise choices that support my growth.
I accept the rhythm of life with its periods of great activity and fellowship with others and its slow periods giving me the opportunity to assimilate what i have learned and tune into myself.

In the basket I pulled out quite a few half empty bottles of Bath and body Works products I already owned. Inside the basket though, wedged deep at the bottom I cam across a miniature bottle of perfume. I knew these small bottles all too well. I owned tons of them. They are little mini sampler bottles of designer perfume.
